Feb 12, 2023 starting back at this, just a couple of links

see projects and organizations this site frozen in 2021 but still good list https://www.fusionenergybase.com/

Below is 2021
I am intending this to become a home page for FUSION: my explorations, sharing of ideas, and links to some of the most relevant current research projects. I will be providing simple explanations of how fusion occurs in our Sun and for each of the current fusion research programs listed below, and then into deeper explanations.
- how it occurs naturally within our Sun and other stars
- see another page https://davebright55.com/fusion-within-stars/
- past experiments completed on Earth to date
- current research/experiments:
- ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) https://www.iter.org/
- NIF (National Ignition Facility)
- I talked with the team in Washington DC at 2010 PMI project management symposium after they received a PMI award for project of the year
- https://lasers.llnl.gov/about/what-is-nif
- General Fusion – Vancouver BC company with revolutionary prototype
- https://generalfusion.com/
- https://youtu.be/RyiweeBegF4 Microsoft software for analysis of test fusion
- Lockheed Martin
- General Atomics DIII-D San Diego: (found this one on Tumblr Jan 28, 2021)
- I have my own idea that involves injecting tritium-deuterium into a vacuum chamber that is then zapped with lasers in a quickly repeated process (say 30 per second). NIF took too long to reload and too hard to line up! The X-Y coordinate line-up uses the xxxxx
